Stelo at Pierre’s is a family-owned restaurant and bar in the heart of Launceston, led by Lauren and Nathan Johnston. Set within the historic Pierre’s building on George Street, a local landmark since 1956, Stelo brings together Tasmanian produce, handmade pasta, regional Italian menus, considered wines and genuine hospitality.

Lunch and Corporate Trade Manager
Claire Smith has joined Stelo as our Lunch and Corporate Trade Manager, and we are thrilled to have her on the team.
Claire first worked with Lauren and Nathan nearly twenty years ago, beginning a lasting friendship built on a shared love of hospitality, Tasmanian produce and wine. After reconnecting across their careers, the team is delighted to welcome her back to Stelo.
Warm, knowledgeable and highly experienced, Claire takes the time to understand each occasion and make sure every detail is right, from room selection and menus to beverages and timing.
